Yesterday we had a fantastic day : We went to the Semnoz, the local mountain to ski with the girls. … & of course I was wearing my new hat ! 😉
The bad side was I had to wait nearly an hour to buy the tickets, and by that time the clouds were hiding the sun.
BUT both girls skied, and enthusiastically too ! We were both stoked to see Prune able to turn and stop by herself (she’s only 4 1/2). She’s really progressed a lot this year and masters her skis quite well now.
It was equally amazing to see little Maud take the lifts (with us of course) and go down the slopes in between our skis. Maud who is usually so cautious and not as go-go-go as her sister, seemed to love it. And she’s starting to stand well on the skis on the own. Laurent could even not hold her at all sometimes while going down. (not for long though or her skis would cross !!)
After 2 hours of ski, they were both crying… because they wanted more !! 🙂
