Dyed red and green

So the pattern for the Plumetis cardi is now being tested… I can’t wait for the first pics but fear the first typos (or worse ..!!) 😛

I have been thinking of a top based on supersized granny squares for a while, and was looking in all my books for that special square… Until I saw that this morning !!

It convinced me to keep it simple. No fancy squares, but go for color. Digged some old yarn from the stash, swatched a couple rounds to check what it’d look like (this is a 10 mm hook)… and dyed the yarn. I just can’t wait to get started on this !!! 😀

My mum gave us this hoodie she knit for the girls this week-end. I love the colors !! Only thing is I need to either find a zipper for the back or maybe crochet some buttonbands… it’s one of those designs with an opening way up to the top of the hood.

Oh, and if you like BIG buttons, I’ve just added some in my Etsy shop. Will add more soon too !
