Laurent and I used to sleep really bad, waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to sleep again until several hours later. Living in a really small place, we sleep in the living-room, so we first started with shutting down all the computers, servers and dsl lines during the night. Then we stopped working late on the computers, which seem to excite the brain cells in a funny way. We already noticed a huge difference.
Then last week he suggested we should try and cut down on TV at night as well. He doesn’t watch it much anyways, and crocheting/dying wool is already so intense I can deal with no tv.
But it seems to work great as well. Feels like I hadn’t slept like that deeply and soundly in a very long time. And that feels great !
And now onto regular fibery chitchat… 🙂

I can totally relate to the sleep thing! Nothing compares to good deep sleep! Although I do make an exception to night tv watching for Scrubs ( the show, not the uniforms ;).
