I finished the plum and green booties, then started another pair to fit smaller feet. Kind of newborn-3 months.
And now I end up loving the second pair best ! So much so that I’m going to rewrite the larger ones again… and keep photos for later when they look perfect !! ;-P (and yes, the trim along the top is the same as in Nia’s babyset..)
..and I JUST received an email from my cousin annoucing the birth of his baby boy !! Yeah !! (plus this means I can check the sizing of the booties on him in a couple weeks.. 😛 )
Also: I used to have a “Translation” page here and removed it due to lack of interest… But homehow I’ve had 2 people asking lately… So I’ll just make it a quick announcement : Yes I do translate french patterns into english. I only need a scan or good digital pic of the pattern and usually ask between $8 & $20 depending on length and complexity of the pattern.
Okay. We’ll stop there for today, the weather is gorgeous (and warm too, feels like spring !!) and Prune just woke up: we’ll be going out in the sun very soon !! 😀
Edit: I just received a second copy of CRAFT (issue2), seems like they sent two copies… Would anyone be interested in a swap of sorts for the first issue, some other book/mag… or whatever ?
