Another serie

Not that I plan it that way but I’ve noticed that whenever I try and like a new design, I usually end up with several items around the same “theme”. Like my 4 Isabeau patterns…
Same goes with my other designs although it doesn’t show yet: many items are still unfinished (as that cardi that inspired me the Cactus mitts and matching beret sitting in a bag for months) .. or not even started like this Plumetis bag that is so clear in my mind it’s as if I could already see it…

But anyhow. That crochet scarf had been in my mind for months ever since I spotted this circles motif on a very vintage bedspread. I started it, then stalled as I wasn’t too sure of the edging I wanted to use. Got inspired again and suddenly it’s like I can stop making items around that theme !!
I’ve been sick for a week or so, which meant staying indoors last week-end.. and getting quite a bit of crochet time ! 🙂

I’ll soon be done with the scarf, have nearly finished a little choker thingy (need to weave in ends and sew some buttons on; picture was pre-blocking so it should look nicer now !). Have tried a mittenette too. Love the cuff part, but need to think of something better for the rest…
And then there’s also this hat I want to make… 🙂
